Refund Policy¶

Introduction¶
This Refund Policy outlines the terms governing refunds and credit adjustments for The Numerology API ("Service"), operated by Dakidarts® ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing API credits or subscribing to the Service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Enterprise Gateway Credit Purchases¶
All API credit top-ups purchased through our enterprise gateway at dashboard.numerologyapi.com are final and non-refundable. Credits are delivered instantly upon successful payment and are immediately available for API consumption.
No-Refund Policy¶
Because API credits are digital goods that are delivered and made available immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for: - Unused or partially consumed credits - Credits remaining in your account upon account closure - Purchases made in error (e.g., selecting the wrong tier) - Change of mind after purchase - Dissatisfaction with API results or functionality
Credit Re-Allocation (Service Failures)¶
We will allocate replacement credits to your account at no additional cost in the following circumstances: - Payment processed but credits not received: If your payment was successfully processed but the corresponding credits were not applied to your account due to a technical issue on our side - System errors affecting credit balance: If a platform bug, synchronization failure, or infrastructure incident caused credits to be incorrectly deducted or not delivered - Duplicate charges: If you were charged multiple times for a single purchase due to a processing error, we will allocate the equivalent credits for any duplicate charge - Service outages: If a verified, prolonged service outage on our infrastructure prevented you from consuming credits you had already purchased, we may issue bonus credits at our discretion
How to Request Credit Re-Allocation¶
To request a credit re-allocation, contact our support team with the following information: - Your account email address and organization name - Transaction ID or payment receipt - Date and time of the purchase - Description of the issue encountered - Any relevant screenshots or error messages
Submit your request to support@numerologyapi.com. We aim to review and resolve all credit re-allocation requests within 5 business days.
RapidAPI Marketplace Purchases¶
For subscriptions and payments made through the RapidAPI marketplace, refund policies are governed by RapidAPI's terms and conditions.
RapidAPI Refund Eligibility¶
Refunds through RapidAPI may be considered only in cases where we failed to deliver the subscribed services, including: - Complete service unavailability: Extended, unscheduled downtime that prevented any API access during your billing period - Systematic endpoint failures: Persistent errors across all endpoints that rendered the API unusable despite valid requests - Authentication failures on our side: If valid API keys were rejected due to a platform-side issue preventing legitimate access
RapidAPI Refund Process¶
- Refund requests for RapidAPI purchases must be submitted through RapidAPI's support channels
- We will cooperate with RapidAPI to verify service delivery claims
- Refund decisions for RapidAPI transactions are ultimately subject to RapidAPI's policies
- We are not responsible for RapidAPI's billing disputes or processing timelines
What Is Not Eligible for Refunds or Credits¶
Regardless of the purchase channel, refunds and credit re-allocations are not available for: - Normal API usage and credit consumption - Errors in your application code or incorrect API integration - Exceeding rate limits on the RapidAPI marketplace - Results that do not meet subjective expectations - Account suspension or termination due to Terms of Service violations - Third-party service disruptions outside our control - Failure to use credits before account closure
Pre-Purchase Recommendations¶
We encourage all users to take the following steps before making a purchase: - Test with the free tier: Use the RapidAPI free tier to evaluate API endpoints and response quality before committing to a credit purchase - Review documentation: Consult our API documentation to ensure the endpoints meet your requirements - Start small: Begin with a smaller credit pack (e.g., Starter Tier) to validate your integration before purchasing larger packs - Check pricing: Review our pricing page and conversion calculator to understand credit economics
Credit Validity and Expiration¶
API credits purchased through the enterprise gateway remain valid as long as your account is actively in use. Credits will expire if your account has been inactive—meaning no API calls have been made—for 12 consecutive months.
Inactivity Expiration¶
- Credits expire after 1 year (12 months) of continuous account inactivity
- Inactivity is defined as zero API requests made against any endpoint during the 12-month period
- Dashboard logins alone do not count as activity; at least one API call is required to keep credits active
Credit Reinstatement¶
If your credits have expired due to inactivity, they may be reinstated when you resume using your account: - Automatic reinstatement: In most cases, expired credits are automatically restored to your balance when you begin making API calls again - Manual support request: If your expired credits do not auto-renew after you resume activity, contact us and we will re-allocate the credits to your account
Policy Changes¶
We reserve the right to modify credit validity terms with at least 90 days written notice to affected account holders. Any changes to credit validity will not apply retroactively to credits already purchased.
Changes to This Refund Policy¶
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by: - Posting the updated policy on our website - Updating the "Last Updated" date - Sending email notifications for material changes
Changes will not apply retroactively to purchases made before the effective date of the updated policy.
