Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using The Numerology API ("Service"), provided by Dakidarts® ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

The Numerology API provides over 100 RESTful API endpoints for calculating numerological insights for entertainment purposes, including but not limited to: - Life Path Numbers - Destiny and Expression Numbers - Karmic Debt and Karmic Lessons - Personal Year, Month, and Day calculations - Horoscope and astrological data - Compatibility scores and readings - Other numerology-related calculations

API Access and Registration

Account Creation

To access the API, you must: - Create an account through our enterprise dashboard or through RapidAPI - Provide accurate and complete registration information - Maintain the security of your API keys - Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent - Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

API Keys

  • Your API key is confidential and must not be shared
  • You are responsible for all activity under your API key
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • We may revoke API keys for Terms violations

Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Uses

You may use the API to: - Build applications and services for personal or commercial use - Integrate numerology calculations into your products - Cache API responses for up to 24 hours for performance optimization - Display API results to end users

Prohibited Uses

You may not: - Resell or redistribute the API as a standalone service - Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code - Circumvent rate limits or authentication mechanisms - Use the API for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes - Scrape, harvest, or systematically download all API data - Overload or attempt to disrupt the API infrastructure - Use the API to spam, harass, or violate others' privacy - Remove or obscure any attribution or copyright notices - Use automated systems to abuse rate limits - Share your API key with unauthorized third parties

Plans and Pricing

Enterprise Gateway (numerologyapi.com)

Our primary API gateway at api.numerologyapi.com operates on a credit-based, pay-as-you-go model with one-time credit top-ups—there are no recurring subscriptions. The core conversion rate is: - 1 USD = 3,921.57 credits (1 API call = 1 credit = $0.000255)

Credit packs are available in multiple tiers, each including a small bonus credit round-up: - Starter Tier: $5 (19,610 credits) or $10 Go pack (39,217 credits) - Standard Tier: $25 (98,050 credits) or $50 Go pack (196,100 credits) - Power Tier: $100 (392,200 credits) or $200 Go pack (784,500 credits) - Business Tier: $300 (1,177,000 credits) or $500 flagship Go pack (1,970,000 credits)

The enterprise gateway supports up to 5 languages (English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese) and is optimized for high-concurrency applications with no hard rate limits. See pricing for full details and a conversion calculator.

RapidAPI Marketplace

The API is also available through RapidAPI with multiple subscription tiers: - Free Tier: Limited requests for testing and development - Basic Plan: Standard usage for small applications - Pro Plan: Higher limits for production applications - Ultra/Mega Plans: Enterprise-level access with premium support

RapidAPI plans operate under separate marketplace billing terms and may include different rate limits and pricing structures.

Billing

  • NumerologyAPI: Credits are purchased as one-time top-ups via the dashboard and consumed per API request. No recurring charges apply. Credits remain valid as long as your account is active; credits expire after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no API calls). See our Refund Policy for full details on credit validity and reinstatement.
  • RapidAPI: Billing is managed through RapidAPI. Subscription fees are charged in advance. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. No refunds for partial months or unused requests.

Fair Use

The enterprise gateway is designed for high-concurrency, production-grade workloads with no hard rate limits. However, all users are expected to exercise fair use of the infrastructure. This includes: - Implementing reasonable request patterns (e.g., exponential backoff on errors) - Caching responses where appropriate to reduce redundant calls - Avoiding artificially inflated traffic or stress-testing without prior arrangement - Not consuming resources in a manner that degrades service for other users

We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access for usage patterns that are inconsistent with fair use, after reasonable notice where practicable.

Rate Limits (RapidAPI)

Each RapidAPI plan has specific rate limits: - Requests per second/minute/month - Concurrent connection limits - Burst allowances

Exceeding rate limits may result in: - Temporary throttling of requests - HTTP 429 (Too Many Requests) responses - Account suspension for severe violations

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership

  • We retain all rights to the API, documentation, and related materials
  • The API and its original content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws
  • Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without written permission

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of data you submit to the API
  • You grant us a license to process your data to provide the Service
  • You represent that you have rights to any data you submit

API Results

  • API calculation results are provided for your use
  • You may display and utilize results in your applications
  • Bulk redistribution of raw API data is prohibited

Data Privacy and Security

Data Collection

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy: - Account and authentication information - API usage logs and analytics - Payment information through our dashboard or RapidAPI - Cookies from Google Analytics and GitHub

Data Security

  • We implement industry-standard security measures
  • You must protect your API keys and credentials
  • Report security vulnerabilities responsibly to support@numerologyapi.com

GDPR Compliance

For EEA users: - You have rights to access, correct, and delete your data - We process data based on legitimate interests and consent - Data is transferred with appropriate safeguards

Service Availability and Support

Uptime

  • We strive for at least 99.8% API uptime
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
  • No uptime guarantees are provided for free tier

Support

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to: - Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice - Update API endpoints and parameters - Change credit pricing and tier structure - Improve and enhance the Service

We will provide at least 30 days notice for breaking changes.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: - Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose - Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness - Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service

Numerology Disclaimer

The API provides numerological calculations for entertainment, educational, and informational purposes. Results should not be used as: - Professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or psychological) - Basis for critical life decisions without professional consultation - Guaranteed predictions or outcomes

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: - We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim - We are not responsible for third-party service disruptions (RapidAPI, hosting providers) - You assume all risks associated with your use of the API

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dakidarts®, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: - Your use or misuse of the API - Violation of these Terms - Violation of any third-party rights - Your application or service built using the API

Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by: - Canceling your account through the dashboard or RapidAPI - Contacting our support team - Ceasing to use the API

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if: - You violate these Terms or our policies - Your account shows suspicious or fraudulent activity - Required by law or legal process - The Service is discontinued

Upon termination: - Your access will be immediately revoked - No refunds will be provided for purchased credits or prepaid fees - You must cease all use of the API - Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Republic of Cameroon, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

  • Informal Resolution: Contact us first to resolve disputes amicably
  • Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
  • Class Action Waiver: You agree not to participate in class actions
  • Small Claims Court: You may pursue claims in small claims court

General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dakidarts® regarding the Service.

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Waiver

Failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, war, pandemics, infrastructure failures).

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective: - Upon posting for non-material changes - After 30 days notice for material changes - Immediately for legal or security reasons

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the Service.

API-Specific Terms

Rate Limiting

  • Respect rate limit headers in API responses (applicable to RapidAPI)
  • Implement exponential backoff for retries
  • Cache responses appropriately to reduce requests

Attribution

When displaying API results publicly, include appropriate attribution: - "Powered by The Numerology API" or similar - Link back to numerologyapi.com when feasible

Third-Party Services

RapidAPI - Billing and subscription management handled by RapidAPI - Subject to RapidAPI's Terms of Service - We are not responsible for RapidAPI service issues
